Can't Order Delivery to any Postal Code

I've been trying to order online and every time I put in a postal lawmaking I keep getting an error that says something went incorrect. I have tried multiple different postal codes, even codes that the nearest Ikea store is in, and it still says that the postal code doesn't work. I've tried to apply an incognito tab, I've made sure that I'yard on the United States website, just to no avail. Whatsoever aid would exist greatly appreciated.

this is a trivial late just i was experiencing the same trouble. called ikea to report this issue. she took the product number so asked for the zip code. i gave it to her v times but she kept asking for it. she asked what state i was in. i said, us. she said, distressing, we're in canada.

went dorsum to look at the state that i was in and it was selected for canada english. inverse that to the states/english and then the cypher code was ok afterward that.

Information technology is likely just out of stock at the distribution centre. Continue trying later or consider click and collect.

We had the same effect for weeks and finally went in. The two sofas we had been waiting weeks for had been there all that time. 🙄

I had the aforementioned problem terminal week... logged on today and it worked just fine.

Either their "systems are downward" or they are just "full" when it doesn't work. It seems like Ikea tends to manage overflow by simply shutting down their systems and then no more orders can get in. It was the same experience with telephone orders a few years ago.

Keep trying... and skilful luck!

I'1000 getting the same error message no affair what zip code I try. Their system is super frustrating anyhow to effort and get more than one item delivered and glad to know it's not an issue with just me!

We're getting the same error. Doing a google search indicates this has been a trouble for years.

1. Trying to order an electric standing desk. It's in stock in our area store and according to the site available for delivery.

2. Months ago we ordered the same desk through the same site and had it delivered to the aforementioned address. No issues at all with the website at that fourth dimension, IOW the site was perfectly happy with our zip.

3. I understand there is a pandemic and resource are strained. If the item isn't eligible for delivery please mail an appropriate message, not that the zip is invalid. This is pretty basic stuff for online ordering.

4. Verified I am on the The states en site. Tried four different browsers, with and without extensions. Cleared the cache and cookies.

I got the same fault the other day--information technology just errored out and said "please verify zero code" or something to that effect. I assumed it wasn't available in my surface area. Not a very helpful code.

Sorry for the silly question, but are the items (or at least one of the items) you're trying to purchase non bachelor for delivery?

I can't speak for the OP But in our instance it said they were available but when you put in your zip it said they weren't available for delivery in that area. I also used my parents' naught just as a test - they're a neighboring zip to the store. Information technology said the same thing. Finally I made the hr bulldoze, the sofas WERE in that location, and they delivered them to our house five days after for $99. The whole thing was very annoying. Their customer service is admittedly not-real.
